The Congress opening and the registration of participants and guests will take place in May, 29 at 15.00 on the Seventh Traditional Holiday of Moscow Government "A Healthy Family of XXI century" for future mothers and fathers of Moscow dedicated to the Mother's Day.
The Executive Director of conferences and the Congress is Mrs. Nina Chicherina, the assistant professor of the chair of Developmental Psychology of Moscow Pedagogical State University, the director of Scientific Center of Pre- and Perinatal Development "Blagovest", the President of the Russian public organization "Association of pre- and perinatal development"

The Organization Committee invites foreign colleagues to participate in the 7th traditional Moscow Holiday for future mothers and fathers of Moscow that will be held in May, 29, 2005, from 9.30 to 15.00 in Moscow Children Musical Theatre. About 1500 pregnant women and their husbands shall come in spacious halls and rooms of the theater to get useful information on healthy pregnancy, childbirth and advanced methods of bringing up their future child.
Sponsors of the Congress and the Holiday shall present their exhibitions and give souvenirs for future parents, the leading Publishing Houses of Moscow shall offer their magazines and specialists shall carry out open training for couples. The action shall be crowned by a special-purpose concert by actors of Moscow Philharmonic Society and variety performers.

The grand opening of the Congress shall take place at 16.00 followed by the concert and the Welcome Party.
